CP- WORKING MODEL |

Collaborate
|
At the outset we encourage our trainees to make a team for themselves which is ready to take up the project. While selecting a team, the students will have an opportunity to select a team which is not restricted by Geographic location, Educational level and career stage.
If the trainees find it difficult to make a team, CP will assist them in forming a team. We strongly believe in teamwork and so does the industry, because everything boils down to people which are the most important resource for any organization.

Mentor |
We then assign them to an industry expert who mentors them throughout their semester to complete the project.
The mentors follow a carefully drawn {mentoring schedule} which is crafted to suit the need of all the trainees.

Integrate |
Having done with team formation and assignment of mentor (Who becomes the part of the team) we begin to integrate tools (online & offline)
for project execution.
Together with the mentor and the rest of the team members we outline a strategy to achieve synergy online as well as offline to complete the project.
The objectives at this stage will be as follows:
1. To identify the learning plan for the team.
2. To identify tools for the project.
3. Executing the project
4. Report submission and presentation
The Above mentioned procedure is subjected to change and would involve all the members including the Mentor.

Simulate
|
The {Live & Controlled projects} are then given to all the teams who register with us.
This simulation technique helps our trainees to learn the thick and thins of project implementation and hence, they are able to appreciate the theoretical knowledge being applied in solving complex business issues.

Reporting |
When the team is completed with the assigned projects within the stipulated timelines, they are asked to submit their reports with CP and their reporting institutions/organizations and they are encouraged to present their reports at an event organized by CP (An annual session for all our trainees).

Appraise
|
We at CP believe in recognizing and appraising special talents, here is how:
1. We certify our trainees for the work they do.
2. We provide them with pre placement assistance (GD,PI and CV making)
3. We give them references and recommend them in our network corporate.
4. We broadcast their work on our official Channel.
In our experience these students will be able to make good careers for themselves. We will also be sharing their projects and CVs with companies who are interested in hiring IT professionals. However, we don’t guarantee 100% placements.
